Cultivating Teens (“Impact”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise

when you make a donation.
● Program Participation and Student Profile Information (provided by parents or
guardians), such as interests, favorite subjects, grade level, hobbies, or volunteer
background, to help us match students with mentors and tailor our offerings.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age defined
by applicable law without appropriate parental or guardian consent. Any information we
receive about a child is provided voluntarily by a parent or guardian in connection with
our mentoring and educational programs.

● With service providers you choose to interact with, such as Stripe when you make a
donation. Stripe receives only the information necessary to process your payment and
handles that information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

information—for example, when corresponding with a mentor or participating in specific
program activities.
● For legal or safety reasons, if required to comply with law, regulation, or legal process;
to protect the rights, safety, or property of IMPACT or others; or to detect and prevent

V. Donation and Payment Processing
If you choose to make a donation through our website, your payment will be processed by Stripe,
a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card
number, though we may receive limited information such as the last four digits of your
card, the transaction amount, and confirmation of your donation. Stripe processes your
payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and security practices.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. We use commercially reasonable
safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of
